After ICE arrests a person, it takes between 24 and 48 hours for the person to show up in the system:

You will need the Alien Number, which is typically nine digits starting with the letter “A,” and the Country of Origin.

If you are not a U.S. citizen, it might not be safe to visit the local immigration court.

There are currently no ICE detention facilities in Minnesota. However, ICE has a contract with three county jails to host detainees: Kandiyohi County Jail (Willmar), Sherburne County Jail (Elk River), and Freeborn County Jail (Albert Lea).
