  • As of June 1, 2025, Minnesota Freedom Fund will temporarily halt pretrial bail and bond payments to focus on systemic, long-term change in criminal legal and immigration detention systems. The organization aims to challenge these systems through advocacy and education, ultimately seeking to eliminate pretrial detention. Feedback from supporters is welcomed.
