MFF’s operations capacity will focus on:

• Misdemeanor and Gross Misdemeanor level charges

• And those who have been detained while fighting for justice in connection with the murders of George Floyd and Daunte Wright, which may include felonies.

We are currently paying in Hennepin and Ramsey County only. Please be advised that MFF has learned a number of arrestees are being held on 36-hour holds. We will process and pay requests as soon as possible.

Hennepin County Public Defenders will need to e-file a Third Party Affidavit Form in addition to submitting this form. Ramsey County Public Defenders attorneys will need to e-file our original paper referral form to the court in addition to submitting this form. This upgraded referral process should allow for more timely communications with those making requests, and will help us better meet the huge surge in demand for our bail work since the summer.
